Laminator Dynachem SMARTLAM 5200
The Dynachem SMARTLAM 5200 automatic laminator is a high tech machine designed for laminating a wide range of printed circuit boards. The machine can laminate very thin boards (≤50µm) as well as thicker boards (up to 12.7mm thick).HDI boards are moving towards the use of thinner materials and smaller insulations/bonds, which requires excellent adhesion of the photosensitive film to the laminate and high exposure resolution. The advanced technology of the Dynachem SMARTLAM 5200 laminator meets these requirements. Precision controlled, pre-heated laminating rollers with adjustable pressure laminate the photosensitive film to the plate! This ensures excellent adhesion and reduces the risk of micro-bubbles.
