- Project name: Dom24h
- Project description:
The main purpose of the Dom24h project is to develop and demonstrate a new concept of living and working in a home that is used 24 hours a day, to develop and demonstrate subsystems and products for the smart buildings of the future, and to develop a suitable business model for commercialising this concept in the market:
- Net zero energy building,
- “life-cycle thinking”,
- compatible and compatible interior fittings,
- IoT (Internet of Things),
- Connectivity with the environment at different levels (energy, information, etc.),
- electromobility,
- Cloud connectivity and the digital twin,
- integration into the community and the energy chain (“smart contracting”),
- Two-way connection to smart community energy supply systems…
Dom24h responds to the needs of its surroundings and, while being a consumer, it is also a producer and store of electricity and heat. The Dom24h building is prefabricated, which, combined with modern Building Integral Design (BIM) technologies and their integration into the production process, ensures high reliability and technical quality.
The Dom24h project was conceived within the framework of the activities of the SRIP PSiDL with the aim of realising the vision of the partnership, which is based on the integration of solutions from all the focus areas of the SRIP PSiDL and the development of a range of integrated living solutions. As such, it is a strategically important demonstration project and is of paramount importance for the future operation of SRIP PSiDL.
The project started on 1 April 2019 and will run until 31 March 2022. The total value of the project is € 15,852,230.22 (€ 10,864,119.93 from the partners’ own resources and € 4,988,110.12 co-financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Regional Development and the EU ERDF). € 10,864,119.93 from the partners’ own resources and € 4,988,110.12 co-financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Regional Development and the EU ERDF.
